Menstrual Cycle Meditations

Where are you in your cycle?
Here’s an outline of the four menstrual cycle phases to help you figure out where you are in your cycle.
Inner Winter | Menstruation
This is the phase of your cycle when you are on your period. Day 1 of your cycle is the first day of your bleed.
Inner Spring | Pre-ovulation
This is the phase of your cycle after your period stops, also called the follicular phase.
Inner Summer | Ovulation
This is the phase of your cycle when you are about to ovulate, are ovulating or have just ovulated.
Inner Autumn | Pre-menstrual
This is the phase of your cycle after you have ovulated and before your period begins.
Checking in with the 4 bodies
At the end of each meditation I will guide you to check in with your four bodies: physical, mental, emotional and spiritual. Here’s a little bit more information about each.
Physical Body
How is your physical body feeling? What sensations can you feel in your body? Think about your energy levels, appetite, digestion, strength, libido etc.
Emotional Body
How is your heart feeling? What is your nervous system telling you? Think about your mood, feelings, confidence, self-love levels, stress levels etc.
Mental Body
How is your mind feeling? How are the quality of your thoughts? Think about your focus, memory, attitude, motivation, clarity, assumptions, self-talk, self-worth etc.
Spiritual Body
How is your spirit feeling? How connected do you feel to yourself or something greater than you? Think about gratitude, intuition, creativity, contentment, your dreams etc.
