​Jyoti Rani reserves the right to vary and revoke these Terms of Use which it may consider necessary or desirable for the regulation of the internal affairs of the Company and/or the conduct of Members. Any such changes will be published on the Website and, until revoked, are binding on Members. Jyoti Rani will update this policy to reflect customer feedback and changes in our products and services. and will do so by updating this page. When we post changes to this statement, we will revise the “last updated” date at the top of this Notice. If the changes are significant, we will provide a more prominent notice and will email you.

HEALTH

Members with low/high blood pressure and/or cardiac irregularities should not attend classes until they have written permission from their doctor. If there is any doubt, the Member should consult their doctor. Members must notify Jyoti Rani of any circumstances affecting their health, which may be exacerbated through continued use of the services.

DEFINITIONS

In these terms and conditions, the following definitions apply: “Services” means any information and services ordered and/or provided by Jyoti Rani through or via the Site and all services offered as part of any course or workshop. Any electronic information supplied to you by Jyoti Rani will constitute part of “Service” not a Product and cancellation rights will apply accordingly. “Products” means any products offered for sale on the Site. “Site” means the web site at the URL www.jyotirani.com or replacement site(s) from time to time. 

SITE USAGE & INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

You may use the Site for personal and lawful use and in accordance with these terms and you are not allowed to copy or use any material from the Site for any commercial purpose.

Jyoti Rani may terminate the Service immediately in the event you breach any of these terms and conditions or do not pay any sums due to Jyoti Rani (including if the credit/debit card you use is not valid or does not work for another reason).

No contract will exist in relation to the Services or Products until we have confirmed to you by email the particulars of your order, the value of your order and the Products or Services (as applicable) you have purchased.​
